Hey there fragsters and fragsterins ;) Just quick posting before I will have to relocate my ass from my place to the office. As you can see (hopefully you do!) we are definitelly back online, while website is up and !!! login to our website !!! is finaly working again. What has happened to the site before this update? Well several unfortunate events have been responsible for the final impact at the end. Lets just compile at least shortened quick list, so you can get a picture: - Our website has suffered by hacker attack which has made it through the security most prbably due to vulnerability in code of the Joomla version 1.0.12 engine. - website engine has been upgraded to Joomla version 1.0.13 - Community Builder version 1.02 was not compatible with the recently updated Joomla (website) engine version 1.0.13. Joomla version had to be updated because of multiple security vulnerabilitites which were found within code of Joomla version 1.0.12 - We have been facing a non-mandatory decision making to change our current website hosting due to website responses, slow loading of content and also due to fact that Ben Cummins (our loooong looong term hosting donator - THANK YOU AGAIN AND AGAIN MILION TIMES BEN! for all you have done for us in the past) have not been able to provide this price-free service for us for free anymore. Therefore we have changed the hosting - unfortunately - to provider that wasnt ...lets name it diplomaticaly - the right for our needs hehe. - We have changed our hosting provider again - just few days ago and recieved a go ahead meassage for starting website relocation just yesterday. After successfull upload of the website files and import of the database, site was rendering minor errors which have already been fixed (guess twice who fixed them :P). - I have upgraded the Community Builder plugin from version 1.02 to version 1.1 without a problem. - I have upgraded website engine from Joomla version 1.0.12 to Joomla version 1.0.13 - I have upgraded website engine from Joomla version 1.0.13 to Joomla version 1.0.15 - performed bunch of tests and checks and found everything (apart of webmail - will be back after I fix it ehheh) to be working like a charm now! ...still - should you find anything in here not to be working just fine, or rendering Error messages, please let me know right away :) - and thats about it! we are back online Folks! sincerelly yours pabbs {moscomment} |
