Performed upgrade of Serverstat component from version 0.6.1 to version 0.6.2

Reports from some sites of a remote script inclusion enabled,  vulnerable to this problem. For this i have released a security fixed version 0.6.2.

This release only affects the component version and fixed a possible remote script execution - through a security flaw within the installer file.

This bug affects *all* previous versions of Serverstat, so upgrading is URGENTLY advised.

This version also contains some very small other bug fixed like the helpfile reference bug.
