First of all - thanks milion for your time and patience to post such feedback here.

YES - you are right, this is way too much - almost I would name it paranoid loking like

This is just a result of repeated never-ending attempts of someone to post adverts for meds and so on on our forums. So we were forced to restrict all public forums to be writable only for registered users.
...and it was my fault that I have forgot to turn off the *Reviev* option that was set to On in past.

I have already turned this off so it should be now okay.

Once more - Thnx for letting me know darthanian!
